We maintain confidentiality of client information and project details. Clients are expected to maintain confidentiality of our proprietary methods and processes.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Apex Technical Solutions Group LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
